You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your ph22app login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your account access with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ph22app support immediately via the contact details in Section 16.
ph22app will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.
Your ph22app account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Bets placed from your account are your sole responsibility regardless of who was physically operating the device at the time.
All transactions on ph22app are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph22app does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on our end.

A fully verified account is required before any withdrawal can be processed. ph22app may request a government-issued ID, a selfie with your ID, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the verification process. For example, a ₱200 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱2,000 in total bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Players who refer new members through the ph22app Referral Program earn bonus credits per qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when the referred person registers through your unique link and makes a minimum first deposit of ₱100. ph22app may suspend or restrict an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, that security of the account is compromised, or that a regulatory obligation requires us to do so.

You may close your ph22app account at any time by contacting support through the channels in Section 16. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. ph22app will attempt to notify you via the registered email or mobile number before applying an inactivity fee. The inactivity fee schedule is displayed in your account settings. Accounts with zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
All content on ph22app — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ph22app or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ph22app.
The ph22app name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the ph22app brand in any form — including domain names, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.
ph22app's decision on any dispute relating to the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, or the application of these Terms is final, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on ph22app's part.
